Listen to wise people. Not necessarily smart people, or intelligent people.
People with book learning and IQ’s off the charts, but rather people with wisdom. What is the difference between wisdom and intelligence? For me, one is heart knowledge the other is head knowledge. Wisdom is common sense, it is experience, it is understanding what is true, even in the face of strong opposition. This is the truth behind proverbs. These are wise sayings that just plain make sense. If only we could embrace them in our everyday lives. Put them into practice.
