Children’s social security cards (not copies) are required for sign-up. If you do not have them, you have time to request them prior to the last sign-up dates.
Sign-ups will be at the Marine Corps League 2355 Jackson Avenue Warren, PA.

This program is for Warren County residents only. The age limit is 16 and children can only be signed up by their parent or legal guardian. Only one application per child per family is permitted.
