Job 6-9
When you are suffering to the point that you would rather die than live, and you can’t find any solace at all then you will be right where Job is now. If you identify with Job, remember there is a happy ending.

I just read something I have never seen before, and it makes me wonder if there’s part of this account that I didn’t understand.
Genesis 8-11
In a few short chapters the explanation of how the earth was repopulated, divided into nations and languages and tribal areas is explained. In fact, from this passage we find out why the middle east has been in turmoil since the beginning.
Genesis 7
The flood account (like the creation account) is integral to our faith, so I wanted to blog about it separately. Here are a few observations and couple of conclusions:

Everyone wants to know who Cain was afraid of, and where he got his wife….how did he build a city…where did all these people come from? Read: Genesis 4-7
Revelation 14
When I read the Revelation I am faced with a dilemma. I grew up believing that the church would be raptured away before the tribulation and the mark of the beast, etc. But this chapter has me doubting that.
